Hi, I’m Minh – an Emotional Wellness Guide, Soul Letter Writer, and digital nomad rooted in both psychology and lived experience.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve journeyed across Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and Europe – not just to explore the world, but to understand the human heart.

🌿With academic backgrounds in International Business (Hanoi Foreign Trade University, Vietnam) and Psychology (Webster University Leiden, The Netherlands), I now support young people, creatives, and remote workers navigating unconventional life paths – especially young Vietnamese at home and abroad who are seeking emotional clarity and personal growth, as well as foreigners and digital nomads in Vietnam and Southeast Asia longing for deeper connection, balance, and meaning in their everyday lives.
