Your story matters
I meet you where you are – with presence and deep listening.
Hi, I’m Minh — a psychology-informed writer and mental-health communicator, and the person behind MinVitaMoon.
My path here has never been entirely linear. Over the past decade, I’ve lived, studied, worked, and travelled across Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Moving between cultures, roles, and different chapters of life gradually shaped the questions at the heart of my work: how people make sense of change, what helps us stay psychologically grounded through uncertainty, and how psychological knowledge can become genuinely useful in everyday life.
🌿 My background brings together psychology, communication, and cross-cultural experience. I earned a degree in International Business Administration from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and later completed an Honors degree in Psychology at Webster University Leiden in the Netherlands. Years in digital marketing and communication also shaped how I translate complex ideas clearly and meaningfully. Today, I bring these strands together through mental-health writing and preventive wellbeing resources that make psychological knowledge more accessible and culturally grounded in Vietnam.
🌿 My work also stays close to individual experience. Alongside writing and public education, I offer psychology-informed, non-clinical one-to-one support for adults navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, uncertainty, and questions of meaning or direction. This keeps my work grounded in the complexity of real life, while MinVitaMoon grows into a broader space for preventive wellbeing and collaboration with organizations and professionals.

Together we explore what’s beneath the surface – and what helps you move forward
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s context. It is informed by psychological research and perspectives including compassion-focused approaches, mindfulness, narrative meaning-making, principles informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive perspectives, and embodied awareness.
Rather than viewing each experience through a single lens, I bring these ideas together through a simple reflective framework I call ACE, connecting awareness, thoughtful choice, and meaningful action:
🌿 Awareness & Acceptance — noticing emotions, patterns, needs, and context with greater openness and self-compassion.
🌿 Cognitive Choice — exploring the meanings and interpretations we give our experiences, while clarifying values, boundaries, and more workable ways of responding.
🌿 Embodied Meaning & Enabling Action — reconnecting insight with body awareness, lived meaning, and small, sustainable actions that support everyday wellbeing.
At the heart of this approach is preventive wellbeing: strengthening awareness, understanding, and psychological resources earlier — before distress has to become crisis.
Why walk this path with me?
Because healing and growth rarely follow a straight line — and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I bring warm presence, grounded psychological knowledge, and the lived perspective of navigating change across different cultures and chapters of life.
My work brings together psychological research, mindful reflection and storytelling, and cultural understanding. Rather than trying to “fix” what you’re going through, I offer a space to slow down, understand your experience more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and find a way forward that feels grounded in who you are.
Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, a life transition, emotional overwhelm, uncertainty, or questions of meaning and direction, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy, honesty, and respect for your individual experience. I believe each of us carries an inner wisdom that can unfold when met with genuine presence, curiosity, and care.
